Happy St. Patrick’s Day to those who celebrate it. I’m not Catholic, and I like snakes, but for me, this day in America seems to be about celebrating the Irish American experience. And I’m really not one to argue with most any excuse to celebrate, especially when it involves Certain Food.

I’m heading out to Ocean City, MD this evening for Art of the Belly, so the cabbage and soda bread will have to be delayed until next week, but hopefully I’ll be able to find a Guinness in the hotel bar when I arrive.
